We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India.

Domestic orders: delivered within 7-10 business days. (You will see the delivery date for your order at the time of order confirmation.)

Pre-orders: delivery time will be within 3-4weeks days or as mentioned in the product description for pre-orders.

*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

All orders are processed from our own office in Prashant Vihar, Rohini. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.

TRACKING PACKAGE

Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. You can also track your order status on our web boutique, from the “Track Order” link under “Customer Assistance” in the website footer.

MODES OF PAYMENT

We accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), UPI Payments through Google Pay, Paytm, Pay pal and also cash on delivery services.

BILLING

The price of our merchandise as mentioned on aestheteware.com is the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for the said product. Such MRP shall be inclusive of all local taxes as are applicable in India. The tax rate applied and charged upon the order shall include combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates in accordance with the address where the order is being shipped. We also charge Delivery Charges which may include postal charges/ shipment charges etc. that may be applicable for your state.

NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package two times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

DELIVERY / LOSS IN TRANSIT

Aesthete Ware endeavors but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Aesthete Ware fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Aesthete Ware may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.
